Make Reborn Fake Baby Dolls - 6 Easy Steps

When you first start out creating your first reborn fake baby doll, a lot of people often decide to go with Ashton Drake, berenguer, Emily or Berjusa. Berenguer dolls are fairly inexpensive but very popular for having a very malleable vinyl texture and real looking faces. The OOAK dolls, meaning one of a kind, as well as reborn fake baby doll creators use similar birthing methods. Vintage type dolls are however not suitable for rebirthing. To reach the level of realism required for to make a realistic looking reborn doll, the vinyl construction and facial molding needs to be correct. Vintage dolls lack this quality. 1 - The original doll first needs to be dismantled and then remove its paint and hair. 2 - The doll must then be cleaned with a long handled paintbrush to remove residue and chemicals.
3 - The hair then needs to be hand rooted as well as dyed. Mohair is a commonly used material. 4 - Paint and natural skin tone detail now needs to be applied. Lips, wrinkles, eyebrows as well as fine touches with pastels and oils should now be added using fine brushes. 5 - reassembling the reborn fake baby doll is the next step. This is done using different materials including plastic pellets, polyester and sand. This will allow the reborn doll to have a more authentic weight. 6 - Lastly, the reborn fake baby doll will need dressing using appropriate dolls clothing including shoes and hats.
